Ancient Korean Pottery Techniques


Join Adam in a two-day workshop and witness demonstrations of traditional coil and paddle techniques used for making massive Onggi jars and Adam’s own geometrically carved forms. Adam will also show slides and videos of his experience in Korea, and will speak about the history of Onggi and its important role as an anchor in Korea’s ancient traditions, and it’s place in contemporary ceramics.
